BOOKWORMS CLUB PEARL - " THE MEMENTO"

I'm going to speak about one chapter we read  in class while the teacher was absent. That one is my favourite one and is "The memento".  I think is a really nice, and beautiful story. The only thing that I do not really like to much is that this story has got like an open ending, so we don't know about the relationship between Lee and Miss D'Armande and I would like to now!. I believe that in spite of that, it is the best history of the book.

We had to read all the stories in groups and I think that it has been a nice experience because if you do not know something, you can ask your partner and also after readign you can comment on the chapter you read.

OUR ENGLISH PROJECT

We were doing an engish project about different countries, what the usually eat and healthy food.

First of all, we had to look for information about one country of one continent. My continent was Africa and I chose Madagascar.  Then we make groups wtih people that had different continents and we had to choose one of those. In my group we were Enrique, Nacho Pérez, Pablo Diez, Inma, Ana Romero and I. We choose Brazil because we thought it was the most interesting one.

After that we have to look for a recipie of all the countries and do a menu, and after that we had to cook something of the menu. We cooked Brazilian Coffe Cookies. We cooked them at Ana Romero's house and we had some problems because that day Enrique couldn't come to cook. As we were doing the cookies we were filming all thigs.

We did a Power Point about all things about Brazil: The diet, the fact file, healthy food of Brazil and finally we spoke a bit about brazilian coffe cookies. After the presentation pf the power point, we oppened an International Restaurant and 2 persons of the class ate our food. The cookies were not bad, but they were strange.

I think that with this project I have learned a lot. I have learned how to cook better, vocabulary about cooking and how to get organise in groups.

My story about the words if my sound

I was at yoga when somebody apears there. He was wearing a yellow
t-shirt like you! I think is the same than yours. He was join all
things I was doing. I didn't finish yet, but he was really tierd and
he went home, but before I said " Are you going yo you home?" and he
said "Oh yes, I'm really tierd ". Then I finished to do all my things
and I went to a bar to eat a yolk, i love it.

Presents in Christmas.

Before december ends, people buy presents for their families because the 6^th of january ”The 3wise men” that in spanish are called “Los Reyes Magos”, come to your house and give a present. So I'm going to speak about the most popular shops where you can buy Christmas Gifts.

The most popular are Bershka, Pull and Bear, Stradivarious and Zara. All of them are very popular and these shops are in Europe, Africa, America, Asia, and Middle East, but most of those shops are in Europe.

In all shops you can buy trousers, t-shirts, dresses, jeans, shoes... and all of them are quite nice. In all shops there are not the same things. For example in Bershka there aren´t the same clothes as in Stradivarious. All shops sell different types of t-shirts, trousers, jeans, jackets...

Finally the shops that I like are Bershka, Stradivarious, Pull and Bear, and two more that are not as important as the others that are Shana, and “Blanco” which is a Spanish shop, I think.

     MY SELF PORTRAIT.

Hello, I´m Ana and in this picture you can see the real me, what I like, what I  don't like, who I am, and the colours of my portrait.

This photo shows those thing that are important for me, like family and friends. They are people that I love and admire.

In the picture you can see that I'm in the center and maybe looking at the photo you think that I'm a relax person, but I'm not like you think. I'm a stressed person, and I don't like it because when I'm stressed I feel sad. I think I'm friendly because I like to meet new people, and make new friends, for me it is amazing. Maybe I'm a little bit crazy. I'm sweet but not so much. I like athletics very much because when I start to run I feel relax and I forget for a moment all the problems I have. I like to go out with my friends and stay with my family on sundays. I like go shopping, and music, music is another thing that relax me.

The colours of my portrait are yellow and blue, because yellow is and exiting colour and it is my favourite one, and blue because I think is a calm colour, and a nice one.

So, I think that this is the real me, and my conclusion is that I'm a good person.

Making Scary movies.

I´m going to speak about my english project. It is a scary movie in english. We have a lot of problems to shoot, but it was fun, and we have a lot of laugh. We do groups of 4 people, in my group we were Andrea, Cristina, Carmen, and I.

First one, i´m going to speak about the problems we have to meet to shoot the film. It was difficult, because somebody have to do something all days, or someone has to go to the english academy, or to basketball, or to athletics.

Second one, shooting problems. The camera it wasn´t a problem because we shoot with a good camera, and with the dialogues we have problems too, because it was difficult to shoot something if you are laughing, and there were scenes that we were laughing a lot.

Third one, editing problems. We have editing problems because all the persons in my group do not know how to make the film, but finally andrea know how to do it.

But we have a lot of fun, and we have good things to speak about. We have a lot of fun because it was a funny project and my film had scary scenes, but it have funny scenes too, and I enjoy it a lot because it was wonderful to do a film, and speak to your friends, and I think is important to be in front of a camera, and act.
